This is a lovely spacious two storey villa, well laid out and furnished
to a very good standard. The beach at Quinta do Lago or Dunas is approx 5 minutes drive away.
An
entrance
hall leads into a large living/dining area with wide screen Sky Satellite
TV and DVD/blu ray disc player, and glass doors to an inner courtyard
and out to the
rear pool terrace. Spacious well equipped white fitted kitchen
with
dishwasher, and microwave, and adjacent laundry room with washing
machine and dryer.
On
the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, and 1 double bedroom,
with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. All these bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Upstairs leads to the master
double bedroom with air-conditioning, and a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower,
dressing room, and doors to sun terrace with
nice views over the pool and also over the valley. All the downstairs en-suite bathrooms have been newly refurbished (as of 2010).
Outside,
the
swimming pool
(10 x 4m) is surrounded by terracing with a built-in BBQ,
and small bar, and there is an area of lawned garden.
Please
note that a
small 5th double bedroom may be available on request. Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
