This attractive villa with a feature wall of
sliding glass doors overlooking the large swimming pool, is located
approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach at Quinta do Lago.
Entrance
hallway leads to a spacious
newly refurbished lounge/dining area with Sky Satellite TV (on the wall) and DVD player, and
doors leading to a covered
terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool. Well equipped
large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine
and sliding doors to the pool terrace.
On the ground floor, there is one
twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with
en-suite shower room. Upstairs leads to a spacious master double
bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle, separate dressing area and
doors to a balcony.
Outside,
the large rectangular swimming pool (11 x 4m) has steps into
the shallow
end and has a terrace with built-in BBQ and a grassed
area with
shrubs. A further grassy area with trees is located on a
lower level, down some steps from the pool terrace. Air-conditioning
included. Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
