This single storey 3 bedroom villa is well furnished and equipped, and
located approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach.

lounge/dining area with Satellite TV, video, CD player and wood
burning stove, and doors leading to the covered veranda with
garden furniture overlooking the pool. Well equipped kitchen
with dishwasher
and microwave, and adjacent utility room with washing machine
and tumble dryer.
One twin bedroom, and one twin bedroom (made up as a double) with sliding doors to the
garden. These 2 bedrooms share a shower
room. Master carpeted double bedroom (twin beds together) with
en-suite shower room, dressing area and sliding
doors leading to the garden. Private safe available. Double-glazed
windows with mosquito screens.
The
villa is surrounded by a pleasant lawned garden. The swimming
pool (9 x 4m) has steps
into the
shallow end and has a terrace with portable gas BBQ. Steps lead from the pool area up to
the villa roof terrace
with views over the valley. Air-conditioning
throughout included except in the low seasons of Oct- 28 Mar and 11 April - 23 May when for heating/air-conditioning a supplement of £100 per week is payable. Pool heating available at £110 per week.
