This detached villa, furnished to a high standard, is
located in a private enclosed plot within Val Verde, approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach.
The entrance at the rear of the villa leads into a nicely furnished spacious circular
lounge/dining area with fireplace, sky digital TV with video, CD and DVD player and feature dome ceiling. New modern kitchen equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave and hatch into dining area. There is a separate area for the washing machine and large double fridge. Opposite the kitchen is a cloakroom with shower.
Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, two twins each with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle, and one single bedroom. Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There are heated towel rails in the bathrooms. There is also access to a roof top sun terrace (not suitable for children).
Outside,
the
private pool (10 x 5m) is surrounded by terracing
with a BBQ, patio furniture, pergola and pool side shower. The pool area is completely private. The pool can be heated at an extra charge of £110 per week.
.Air-conditioning/heating is included except in the low seasons (i.e. Oct - 28 Mar and 11 Apr - 23 May) when if air-conditioning or heating is required, a supplement is payable. Maid service is included 4 times per week.
