This single storey villa enjoys pleasant views over the valley and is located approx 5 minutes drive from the beach.

Entrance into an open plan lounge/dining area with Satellite TV, and doors leading to a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool. Well equipped newly fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, and one further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside the rectangular pool (10 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end and a terrace with BBQ.

Air-conditioning included. Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
