VALE DO LOBO
This superb 5/6 bedroom detached single storey villa, has been completely
refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. It it located
in the heart of Vale do Lobo and has a huge lawned garden and large
private pool. It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach and
restaurants.
Large
living/dining area with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and
patio doors leading out to a terrace overlooking the
garden and pool. Spacious fully fitted and well equipped
kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and
tumble

On
the ground floor there is the master double bedroom with
king size bed, walk in wardrobes, satellite TV and patio doors
to a sun terrace. It has a large en-suite bathroom with separate
shower cubicle. Also on this floor is a double bedroom (either
made up as twins or as a double) with en-suite bathroom. The
third bedroom is used as a study but has a sofa bed. A staircase
leads down to the lower ground floor with 3 further bedrooms.
Bedroom 4 with its en-suite shower room is twin bedded but
one bed also has a slide out mattress so it can sleep 3. Patio
doors lead to the garden. Bedroom 5 also has an en-suite shower
room, and has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 children. Bedroom
6, with en-suite shower room, can be laid out with 2 single
beds or as a double. There is a TV with DVD player and patio
doors lead to the garden.
Air-conditioning
throughout is extra at £125 per week. The private pool measures
approximately 10 x 5m, and can be heated at extra cost (£125
per week). Lovely large landscaped garden with garden furniture
and BBQ.
Maid
service 5 times per week.

may be let as a 3 bedroom villa at reduced rates)
