VALE DO LOBO
This 4-5* bedroom detached villa is located in a quiet position
towards the end of a cul-de-sac, looking out towards the 17th fairway of Vale
do Lobo's Royal Golf Course, approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the
beach.
Entrance hallway with cloakroom leads into a living/dining area with satellite TV, and patio doors
leading to a part covered terrace suitable for outside dining overlooking the pool area. Fully
equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and chilled water, and doors to outside drying area with
utility room with washing machine.
Off the hallway is one spacious twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Off the lounge there are 2 other bedrooms, one twin and one double, sharing a full bathroom. A staircase (with stairgate) leads down to the other 2 twin bedrooms, each with doors to the terrace. They share a full bathroom.
Air-conditioning available and included in the prices.
Outside,
the swimming pool (10 x 5m) is surrounded by pool terracing
with a built-in BBQ and a pleasant sloping lawned garden. The pool can be heated at £100 for the first week and £40 for subsequent weeks. There is also by the pool and BBQ, an extra kitchen with oven, sink, fridge/freezer as well as a toilet and shower room.
Maid
service included 6 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
