VALE DO LOBO- sorry this villa is not renting currently.
This traditional well equipped villa is centrally located on Vale
do Lobo, approximately 5 minutes walk to Barringtons and 15 minutes
walk to the beach.
Living/dining
area with satellite TV and patio doors leading to a balcony
with outdoor furniture overlooking the pleasant
lawned garden. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave.
On
this level, one master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom
and doors to the terrace. Downstairs to 3 twin bedrooms, one
with en-suite bathroom and two sharing a bathroom. Two have
doors to the terrace. A safe and table-tennis table
are also available.
The
swimming pool (9 x 4m) is set to the side of the villa, surrounded
by pool terracing and a built-in outdoor
eating
area and BBQ.
Air-conditioning
throughout included except in the low season (Oct - 05 Apr and 19 Apr - 24 May when if these utilities of air-conditioning or heating are required, then a supplement of £100 per week is payable.
The pool can be
heated at
an extra charge of £110 per week.
Maid
service 4 times per week.
