VALE DO LOBO - with FENCED HEATABLE POOL - sleeps 8/9
This is an attractive detached villa set into the hillside and
overlooking pine trees in a central location on Vale do Lobo,
approx 15 minutes walk to the beach
and centre. The property has been totally recently refurbished.
Spacious
living/dining area with separate TV room with Sky satellite TV and DVD. Sliding
doors lead from the lounge to a balcony with staircase down
through the terraced garden to the pool. Fully fitted and equipped
kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The
bedrooms consist of one master twin bedroom (beds together) on the same level as the lounge, with en-suite
bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A staircase leads
down to the other 3 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and inter-connecting single bedroom, one other twin with en-suite shower room and one further twin with adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to
the terrace leading down to the pool.
The
large rectangular pool (10 x 5m) which is set down a flight
of stairs from the villa, has steps into the shallow
end and is surrounded by pool terracing with a built-in
BBQ. The pool is fenced/gated from the rest of the garden and villa. Pool heating
if required
is an extra charge of £100 for the first week, and £40
for any subsequent week.
Maid
service included 6 times per week, excluding bank holidays. Air-conditioning included throughout. The property is not available to children under 5 years of age. A private safe is available.
