ENCOSTA DO LOBO
This well furnished detached villa is well located approximately
5 minutes walk from the sea and close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis
centre. It has good sea and countryside views from the upper terraces.
Entrance
hall with cloakroom leads to a living/dining area with bar area,
sky digital wide plasma screen TV, video, DVD, CD player and
stereo. Patio doors lead to the pool and garden. Fully fitted
kitchen with all modern appliances, and adjacent laundry room
including washing machine and tumble dryer. From
the entrance hall, a staircase leads down to a large basement
with table tennis, snooker and table football.
The
bedrooms consist on the ground floor of one twin bedroom with
en-suite bathrom and shower, and sliding doors to the garden,
and also one bedroom with 3 beds and a separate bathroom. On
the first floor there is one twin bedroom with an en-suite
bathroom, and doors to a balcony overlooking the pool, and
the master double bedroom with separate sitting area with sofa
and desk, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms
have fitted wardrobes and mosquito screens to the windows.
Outside
the good size pool which measures approximately 10 x 5m has
a pool-side shower and built-in BBQ. Pool heating available (extra)
Air-conditioning
throughout is included except during the low seasons of Oct - 16 Mar and 30 Mar - 25 May when if the air-conditioning or heating is required then a supplement of £100 per week is payable.

service included 4 times per week.
