VALE DO LOBO
This is a high standard villa, laid out over 2 floors, centrally
located on Vale do Lobo, less than 5 minutes walk to Barringtons
and approx I5 minutes walk to the beach and centre.
Entrance
into an open-plan
living/dining area with Sky satellite TV, DVD, radio/stereo
and CD player. Doors
lead from the lounge to the pool and garden.
On
the ground floor are two
twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with
separate shower
room; both
have sliding doors to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with
all modern appliances, including dishwasher and microwave,
and separate
laundry area, with washing machine/dryer.
A
staircase leads up to the master bedroom with double bed and
en-suite bathroom,
and sliding
doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the garden.
Safe
available.
The
salt treated, chlorine free swimming pool (10 x 5rn) has steps into the shallow end
and can be heated at extra cost (£150 per week). Air-conditioning/heating is included except during the low seasons of Oct - 16 Mar and 30 Mar - 25 May when if the air-conditioning or heating is required then a supplement of £100 per week is payable.
Barringtons
membership is included in the rental.
Maid
Service included 4 times per week.
