This attractive looking detached villa, laid out on one level, is centrally
located on Vale do Lobo, just 10 minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and
approx 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and centre.
Entrance
into an open-plan
living/dining area with new sofas, flat screen satellite TV, video, CD/tape and DVD
player. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave. The
bedrooms consist of one
double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms
sharing a bathroom.
From
the lounge, patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, built-in
BBQ, and large heatable rectangular pool (10 x 4.5m) with
steps
into the shallow end. To the rear of the property is a
grassy area with
fruit trees.
Air-conditioning is available in the lounge and bedrooms and INCLUDED in the prices, as is heating if required. Pool
heating if required is extra at £100 for the first week and £40
per subsequent week. WI-FI internet access available.
This property offers Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy membership, which entitles you to free access to their pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room, and 50% discount on court hire, 25% discount on private lessons, 20% discount on group coaching and 10% discount in the shop. The Academy reserves the right to restrict access during major tennis events.
