469 VALE DO LOBO
This single storey villa is located in the famous resort
of Vale do Lobo, in a quiet cul-de-sac two rows back from the sea
front and approx 5 minutes walk to the beach. The villa benefits
from stunning views from the roof terrace over the cliffs and sea.
Entrance is via a glassed porch into the open plan lounge/dining
area with open fireplace, satellite TV and dining table to seat
6. Patio doors lead out to a partly covered terrace with table
and portable gas BBQ ideal for outside dining. Steps lead down
from the terrace to a small private garden with built-in BBQ
and swimming pool (measuring approx 9 x 5m) which is fenced,
ideal for young children.
The bedrooms consist of two twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom
and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room with large walk-in
shower. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Spacious
fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with breakfast table
and access to small courtyard & utility room.
Air-conditioning
available (this is included except in the low season (Oct – 16 Mar and 30 Mar – 25 May when a supplement
of £100 per week is payable).
Maid service is included 3 times a week.
