This detached villa all on one level, backs onto the 18th fairway
of the Royal Golf Course, 5 minutes walk from Barringtons and approx
15 minutes walk from the beach.
The
villa has a nice enclosed garden and private pool with steps
into the shallow end. The pool (7.5 x
4m) can be fenced off if there are young children in the party
(nominal charge).

into a living/dining
area with satellite TV (freeview), CD player and doors to
the terrace, pool and
garden. Well equipped
kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
From
the lounge, there are three
twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one with new en-suite
shower room and one with adjacent bathroom.
Barringtons
Sports & Leisure Club membership is included in the rental.
Maid
Service 6 times per week, excluding bank holidays.
