VALE DO LOBO
This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom detached villa is set over 3 levels and centrally located within the famous resort of Vale do Lobo, approx 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and praca with its shops and restaurants.
Entrance into a newly refurbished lounge/dining area with wood burning fireplace, satellite TV (with BBC and sky sports), portable CD player, ipod docking, and a dining table for 6. Patio doors lead to a partly covered terrace overlooking the pool and wooded area. Doors also lead to a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Steps lead down from the lounge area to a master bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Further steps lead down to the lower floor with two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the pool terrace. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
Outside there is a good size rectangular pool (measuring approx 10 x 5m) with a terrace and built in BBQ. The pool can be heated for an extra £110 per week. Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable).
