This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom detached villa is set over 3 levels and centrally located within the famous resort of Vale do Lobo, approx 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and praca with its shops and restaurants.
Entrance into a newly refurbished lounge/dining area with wood burning fireplace, satellite TV (with BBC and sky sports), portable CD player and a dining table for 6. Patio doors lead to a partly covered terrace overlooking the pool and wooded area. Doors also lead to a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Steps lead down from the lounge area to a master king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bahtroom. Further steps lead down to the lower floor with two twin bedrooms having fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the pool terrace. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
Outside ther is a good size rectangular pool (measuring approx 10 x 5m) with a terrace and built in BBQ. The pool can be heated for an extra £100 per week. Air-conditioning is available throughout the villa (extra supplement payable only during the low season of Oct - 16 Mar and 30 Mar - 25 May).
