Apartment 655C is a nicely recently refurbished well equipped duplex apartment. It is located close to Barringtons and a few minutes walk to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy,
where free access to the swimming pool is available. It is also only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and praca.
The accommodation is located over 2 floors, the first and second and comprises open-plan living/dining area with satellite TV and patio doors leading to a terrace with sea views, ideal for outside dining. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
A few stairs lead up to a spacious twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and a flight of stairs leads to the top floor where there is a further bedroom
(twin beds together) with private balcony with sea views and adjacent shower room.
The
apartment has air-conditioning throughout, and satellite television
with
UK channels.
Air-conditioning
is included in the prices except in the low season from November to March when if this or heating is required, then a supplement of £50 per week is payable.
Maid
service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. In the Nov-Mar period, heating is extra. |
