walk of the apartment. The beach, with adjacent restaurants and bars, is
approx 10-15 minutes walk away. The apartment overlooks a communal garden
area with trees and flowering shrubs.
This
one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor. An entrance hallway
leads to a twin bedroom
with adjacent bathroom. A
couple of steps lead down into the lounge/dining area with satellite
television, and sofa-bed. Patio doors lead to a semi-covered terrace
with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the communal gardens. Well
equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
The apartment has AIR-CONDITIONING (supplement of £50 per week).
Maid
service is included 3 times per week (Mon - Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Alarm system in place.
