As
well as benefiting from the general amenities of Quinta do
Lago, and being within 5 minutes drive of a long sandy beach,
those
staying at Four Seasons Fairways will enjoy a host of on-site
clubhouse amenities, as follows:

and indoor Swimming Pools and children's pool

play area and children's Funclub for 5 - 12 year olds (this operates in the school
holidays and includes a programme of activities including
painting,
games,
nature
walks, swimming, crazy golf and some possible excursions
to local water parks and theme parks. (small fee
payable locally). Babysitting of younger family members
also
available.

The
properties at Four Seasons Fairways, accommodating 4 - 8 people,
are divided
into various categories
- 2
bedroom HILLSIDE apartment with outdoor Jacuzzi, usually
top floor
- 2
bedroom or 3 bedroom HILLSIDE apartment with private pool
(sleeps 4-6, and 6-8 respectively)
- 2
bedroom CLUSTER villa with private pool (sleeps 4-6)
- 2
bedroom with Study or 3 bedroom CLUSTER villa with private
pool
(sleeps 6-8)
The HILLSIDE properties relate to those situated
in the middle of the resort, close to the clubhouse. They
are laid out as
apartments and villas in terraces overlooking communal gardens.
The CLUSTER villas relate to those properties, mostly semi-detached,
situated around the perimeter of the resort, some overlooking
the golf course.
All the villas are furnished and equipped to a high standard,
with recent refurbishment of many of the properties. They all
have a spacious living/dining area with satellite TV, and well
equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, and an adjacent
laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms (1
double and 1 or 2 twin bedrooms) and bathrooms (1 bathroom
en-suite and 1 or 2 shower rooms), are roomy and well furnished.
All the properties have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture,
most with BBQ, and an external heated Jacuzzi, or private pool.
Maid service is included twice weekly.
