been beautifully refurbished, is situated in the Atlantico area of
Quinta do Lago, a couple of minutes drive to the beach.
Entrance
hall with cloakroom. One twin bedroom (made up as a double) with
en-suite shower room and feature sky light ceiling. Further twin
bedroom with en-suite shower room and feature sky light. One
twin bedroom (made up as a double) with traditional royal blue
furnishings
and an en-suite bathroom with rolled top bath. Master twin bedroom
(made up as a double) with en-suite bathroom.
Lounge
with cable TV (some English channels), DVD and CD player, and doors leading to a covered
terrace overlooking
the pool and garden. Adjacent dining area with antique furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; adjacent
laundry
room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double glazing
throughout. Personal security safe in each bedroom.
Air-conditioning included except in the low seasons of Oct - 16 Mar and 30 Mar - 25 May when if this or heating is required then a supplement of £100 per week is
payable. The swimming pool (11 x 4m) can be heated at extra
cost, and is fenced off, as additional security for younger
children.
