This is a lovely single storey villa with air conditioning
and pool located in a quiet cul de sac in the well-known resort
of Quinta do Lago.
Entrance leads to a spacious and light and airy
lounge with cable TV and music centre. Adjacent to the lounge there
is a cosy, sunken
circular sitting area with 'fogo montanha' wood burning stove. The lounge has wide sliding glass doors to the pool area
and back garden and to a lovely terrace for dining 'al fresco'. The dining room is circular in design with a large
picture window and there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher and microwave. A door leads to a utility room with washing machine. A feature
of this villa is a charming fountain located to the rear of the
property which is visible from both the lounge and dining areas.
There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio
doors. One of the bedrooms has full en-suite bathroom and the
other has a separate shower room. The Master suite also has fitted
wardrobes, large double bed, a safe, full en-suite bathroom and patio doors to
the pool terrace.
The
swimming pool which measures approx 10 x 5m, has integral steps
into the shallow end, and a poolside shower. The pool is chlorine free, being treated by salt instead. The pool
can be heated at an extra charge of £110 per week.
There
is a garden and pool terrace with patio furniture, sunloungers
and BBQ with sink. There is also an upstairs terrace partially
shaded with thatched roof, second BBQ and outside furniture.
Heat wafers in all the rooms. Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Double Glazing throughout.
