This is a lovely single storey villa with air conditioning
and pool located in a quiet cul de sac in the well-known resort
of Quinta do Lago.
Entrance leads to a spacious and light and airy
lounge with cable TV and music centre. Adjacent to the lounge there
is a cosy, sunken
circular sitting area with 'fogo montanha' wood burning stove and
cocktail bar. The lounge has wide sliding glass doors to pool area
and back garden. The dining room is circular in design with a large
picture window and there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher and microwave. It is well furnished throughout. A feature
of this villa is a charming fountain located to the rear of the
property which is visible from both the lounge and dining areas.
There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio
doors. One of the bedrooms has full en-suite bathroom and the
other has a separate bathroom. The Master suite also has fitted
wardrobes, a safe, full en-suite bathroom and patio doors to
the pool terrace.. There are patio doors leading to a lovely
terrace for outdoor dining and the pool area.
The
swimming pool which measures approx 10 x 5m, has integral steps
into the shallow end, and a poolside shower. The pool is chlorine free, being treated by salt instead. The pool
can be heated at an extra charge.
There
is a garden and pool terrace with patio furniture, sunloungers
and BBQ with sink. There is also an upstairs terrace partially
shaded with thatched roof, second BBQ and outside furniture.
Heat wafers in all the rooms. Air-conditioning/heating is available
(included in the price except during the Low season of Oct – 16
Mar and 30 Mar – 25 May when if required, a supplement
is payable). Double Glazing throughout.
