This 4 bedroom villa is located in the area near the tennis centre
at Praia d’el Rey. It has a lovely unspoilt view out
over fields and pine trees.
The
lounge/dining area is well appointed with satellite
TV and sliding doors leading to a terrace with BBQ and garden
furniture, overlooking the pool and countryside. The kitchen
is well equipped
with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There
are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom downstairs, and two
twin bedrooms
(one
with beds together) upstairs, each with en-suite bathroom.
Maid
service/cleaning included once per week, with linen change on the same day. Towels are changed twice weekly. Extra maid service available on request at small extra charge.
