All the properties are of a high standard. They are
however
categorised
as Standard, Superior or Deluxe, the variation reflecting age, furnishings
and facilities. The standard properties include Hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. Superior properties benefit from the addition of dishwasher
and microwave. Deluxe properties are the newest houses, with the latest
furnishings and equipment and some with air-conditioning.
The
properties are set around cobbled courtyards in attractive sub-tropical
gardens. Each property has a well equipped kitchen, living/dining
area with satellite TV (UK freeview channels) and balcony or terrace. They have either
2, 3 or 4
bedrooms, with 2 or 3 bathrooms. Villas have a maintained lawned
garden and private pool with terraces and BBQ.
A welcome starter food
pack of water/fruit is included. Maid service is also included twice per week
(excluding Public holidays). Free access to the gym and indoor area at SPA Floresta (indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). Village house guests (only) also can use the outdoor heated pools. 40% discount on golf green fees at Parque da Floresta is also available.
Optional extras include highchair, cot and extra bed, pool heating where available, and half board supplement and breakfast (not including drinks).
