Dunas Douradas
This is a recently constructed villa, built to a high standard and
beautifully appointed. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within
the resort of Dunas Douradas.
An
elegant entrance hall leads into a spacious lounge with large flat
widescreen TV (SKY), DVD player, and music system, comfortable
sofas and a dining area with seating for 8. Sliding doors in
the lounge lead out to a covered terrace with garden furniture
- ideal for dining "al fresco". Fully equipped modern
kitchen including microwave and double American style fridge.
Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
with access to the rear garden & drying area. Pool/beach towels are provided free of charge.
Upstairs
is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one twin
bedroom with shower room; both have sliding
doors to terraces with views. On the lower floor there are two
twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite
bathroom.
To
the front of the villa there is a fountain feature, and to the
rear there is a small landscaped garden, and the private
heatable pool with depths from 0.9m to 1.9m and steps into the shallow end. Large terraced area with round table and
built-in gas BBQ. Upstairs sun terrace with sofas and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun or outside dining.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Pool heating is extra (£250 per week) if required. Safe in
master bedroom. Wireless WIFI internet access available (supplement of £15 per week). Maid service included 4 times per week and use of Dunas communal facilities
