Dunas Douradas
This detached 2 storey villa is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac,
approx 15 minutes walk from the beach, and is furnished to a high
standard.
An entrance hallways leads to a spacious split level living/dining
area with 2 separate seating areas, cable TV, air-conditioning
and doors to the pool and garden. Fully equipped kitchen and
utility area with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin
bedroom (beds together) with adjacent bathroom. A staircase leads
up to the master twin bedroom (beds together) with dressing area,
air-conditioning and large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath
and separate shower. Air-conditioning, if required, is extra.
Private safe available.
Outside, the swimming pool (8 x 4m) which can be heated at extra
cost, is surrounded by pool terracing and a lawned garden with
teak furniture, built-in BBQ and pool shower.

service is included 5 times per week (twice per week in ‘low’ season). |
