Dunas Douradas
This is one of our most popular dunas townhouses as it is a lovely well situated semi detached village house, just a few minutes walk from the communal pool and Dunas Douradas reception, and
approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the beach.
An entrance hall leads into a cosy ' L' shaped lounge with separate
dining area with seating for 6, open fireplace, flat screen cable TV and DVD player. From both the lounge and dining areas, patio doors
lead onto a sunny paved enclosed garden and the plunge pool. There is a refurbished kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom (beds together) with separate shower room, and sliding doors lead
out to the garden. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms (one made
up as a double) with en-suite bathroom and the other twin with
en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms are nicely furnished.
There is a small roof terrace offering long distance sea views.
The plunge pool is a good size for a plunge pool, measuring
approx 6 x 3m with depths of 1m to 2m and steps into the shallow end. There is a large private enclosed terrace with built in BBQ and new garden furniture, surrounded by well established flower beds, making this a very pleasant area for sitting and dining 'al fresco'.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid service is included 4 times per week.
