This is a bright and spacious three bedroom semi-detached townhouse with private pool, located in the popular resort of Dunas
Douradas approx 5 minutes walk from the communual facilities and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Steps lead down from the small entrance to the living/dining area with decorative fireplace and flat screen cable TV, MP3 and WI-FI internet access, DVD player, stereo/CD player and patio doors to the sun terrace and small garden. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave. Also on this level is one twin bedroom with doors to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Stairs lead to the first floor and the master double bedroom with air-conditioning, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, and en-suite shower room. These rooms share a large sunny terrace.
Outside the pool measures approx 7 x 4m and is surrounded by terracing and a small garden.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid service is included 4 times per week. Heated towel rails are available in the bathrooms and beach towels are provided. A gas BBQ may be available on request.
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop.
