Dunas Douradas
This is a spacious well furnished single storey detached villa with private pool,
located in a quiet central position on Dunas Douradas.
Entrance into a very well presented split-level living/dining
area with 2 seating areas, wood burning stove, cable TV, DVD player, video and music system.
Patio doors with electric shutters lead to the pool terrace with outdoor covered eating
area and BBQ. Fully fitted newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher and microwave,
and adjacent utility room with washing machine and a new large
American style fridge with ice dispenser.
The bedrooms consist of the master double bedroom with en-suite
bathroom and patio doors to a private terrace. Personal safe
available. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower
room and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Outside the private swimming pool (measuring approx 8 x 4 m)
has steps into the shallow end, and is surrounded by terracing
with a built-in BBQ and pool shower. Beyond the pool and terracing
is an area of grassy garden.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid
service is included 4 times per week. WI-FI internet access available.
