This is a cosy two bedroom linked townhouse, located in the popular resort of Dunas
Douradas approx 5 minutes walk from the communual facilities and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
An entrance hall with cloakroom leads into a well furnished living/dining area with cable TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to the plunge pool and pool terrace with portable BBQ. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher
and microwave. Stairs lead to the roof terrace with sea views.
Stairs lead to the lower level and one double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite shower room.
Air Conditioning is included in the bedrooms only (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Electric heat wafers throughout including bathrooms. Maid service is included 3 times per week
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar.
