Dunas Douradas, (meaning ‘Golden Dunes’) is well located by the sea between the larger resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago

Set in acres of pine woods on the edge of the dunes, it has been designed to resemble a village with apartments and village houses surrounded by larger villas with private pools. The centre-piece of the resort is the superb huge Roman style swimming pool. The beach is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.

The resort is situated a convenient 20 minute drive from Faro international airport.

Nearby is the small town of Almancil, whilst the larger towns of Loule and Vilamoura are all within 10 minutes drive
