Accommodation: 3 apartments, one for 2 people, and 2 apartments, each for 4 people.

Location: Near the small towns of Barberino Val d’Elsa and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, each approx 2 miles away, with their various little shops and restaurants, approximately 19 miles from Florence, 16 miles from the charming medieval town of San Gimignano, 28 miles from Siena, and 60 miles from Pisa and Lucca.

This is a beautiful farmhouse situated in a quiet location with great views over the Chianti Fiorentino hills, the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. This property consisting of a main villa and some stone outbuildings, has recently been carefully restored and turned into 3 nice apartments, all tastefully furnished. The owners who also live on the estate produce excellent wines and olive oil.

Facilities: A garden, gazebo, decking with table and chairs and a large swimming pool, measuring 18 x 8m with a maximum depth of 2.4m (open from 1st May to 31 October).

Notes: The owners do have a couple of dogs, including a friendly Labrador. Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Covered parking within the grounds.

Extras: Maid service is available by arrangement at 11 euros (approx £7) per hour (payable locally).
Also by arrangement it is possible to hire an extra bed at 77 euros (approx £50) per week and a cot at 52 euros (approx £34) per week (all payable locally). Central heating available where necessary (extra cost).
